POP displays |
Point of Production displays attract customers with brief descriptions of names and special features of merchandise in a store. Key items are displayed to promote sales. |
Large displays are not required, and photos are also usually not necessary. Use an eye-catching, bold font with a simple illustration, if possible. POP displays can be made using a color ink-jet printer and word processor, page layout, or drawing software. |
POP displays have little value unless placed immediately next to the merchandise on sale. Vary the location of the display to accent the items on sale. When pasting displays onto a board, trim the edges of the paper so that it fits neatly on the board. If you post a display on a wall, it does not need to be printed on thick paper in order to support itself. |
